As the E-bike business takes off beyond what anyone expected, we have also seen a spike in repair and service requests. Because we are a small operation, we ask that you try to call and reserve a day for your service needs. We still do some repairs on the fly…like flats and light adjustments, but it’s best to book if you can.
We are an authorized service center for numerous E-bike brands, including, Voltbike, Velec, Radpower, Rize and many others.
We can assemble and tune most brands of E-bikes, such as VoltBike and Rize, Ebgo, which can be purchased online. If you buy online, you can request to have your bike drop-shipped directly to us for assembly, and save yourself the effort of finding a friend with a truck. We’ll professionally assemble your bike, ensuring every part is properly tightened/ adjusted/greased for maximum lifespan. We’ll call you when the bike is ready for pickup to ride or transport home.
We accept reservations for tune-ups, assembly, and shop repairs.

Repair Estimates are free, except for written ICBC claims. We do assessments at the time you bring in your bike so you know the quote of the repair before you leave. We strive for NO SURPRISES.

We offer this service to our clients free of charge for new bike purchases. Drop by anytime for quick adjustments.
Same day service with a reservation
We adjust shifting, adjust brakes, lubricate all cables, lateral truing of wheels, lubing chain, and inflate tires, ensure everything that should be tight, is tight.
Regular Bike Comprehensive Tune Up – $149.
E-Bike Comprehensive Tune Up – $199.
We start with our Basic Tune Up and compliment it with inspecting and greasing your hubs, radial and lateral truing of your wheels, and a top to bottom cleaning of your bike. No extra labor charge for installing small parts, including cables or brake pads.
General Shop Rate $100/hr – This rate applies to all work done outside the scope of regular repairs.
Electronics Repair Shop Rate $120/hr. This rate applies to most E-bike diagnostics and repairs. Parts are extra.
