We have many years of experience repairing e-bikes and can resolve most problems with most brands.

From ‘ERROR’ messages on your e-bike display to noisy brakes and poor shifting, we can remedy these problems. Also, If you are continually breaking spokes on your e-bike, we offer custom-cut stainless steel spokes for a stronger wheel build.  Your black anodized Chinese made spokes will continue breaking…one by one.  Just get it re-spoked once….BY US.

For 2026, we have brought more service capability to our shop to help you with repairs and troubleshooting ; batteries, motors, throttles, PAS sensors and displays. If you are experiencing problems or error codes, we can find the cause of these problems. In most cases we can repair the problem and get your e-bike on the road.

    • Battery Amp-hour tests . (Capacity test to assess the true capacity of your battery)
    • E-Scooter flats and tire repair. Upgrades and modifications to E-bikes and E-scooters.

    • BatteryBattery Amp-hour Test $40 (load test of E-bike batteries)

E-bike repair and diagnostics shop rate is $100 per hour. Most times an hour to two hours are needed.

We offer a variety of E-Bikes Services for Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. We have been involved with e-bikes for many years and are the preferred service partner for many brands, like Velec, Voltbike, Rize, Ebgo, Etc.. We are also a showroom and test ride center for Velec and Voltbike on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. Both of these companies are Canadian and have been in the industry for over 16 years.
